Two Farmers’ Field Day and Forum at the TDF sites in Nueva Ecija were conducted in November 2007 purposely to showcase and promote the different technologies established at the demonstration farms and learnings achieved by the participating farmers and EWs during the technical trainings. Each field day in the TDF sites was attended by more than 200 participants composed of farmers from the different barangays, EWs and representatives from various partner-agencies have attended the activity. Farmers’ forum was held after the field visitation where participant were encouraged to ask questions about the technology demonstrated, project implementation, DA programs that were sufficiently answered by panelists from different DA agencies.
