The arrival of the new chief advisor and sabo engineering expert
Following the predecessors, Mr. Yoshio Tokunaga (chief advisor, 2005/07～2008/06) and Mr. Takeo Mitsunaga (sabo engineering expert, 2006/03～2008/05), Dr. Shinya Nakamura and Mr. Shinichi Hasebe were assigned, respectively. They started the rest two- year project activities.
