2nd JCC was held on January 27, 2011 at NCDA Board Room

The Second (2nd) Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) was held on January 27, 2011 at the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA).

Participants of the JCC were NCDA Executive Director (Officer in Charge, Project Manager of the NHE Project), JICA Chief Representative, and other stakeholders such as representatives from Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department Public Works and Highways (DPWH), National Economic Development Authority (NEDA), Regional Council on Disability Affairs (RCDA) Region VI and X and the Embassy of Japan, and Chairperson of the NHE Core Group, Municipal Mayors of New Lucena and Opol and Mid-term Review members.

The JCC addressed the Project Mid-term Review result and approved the Mid-Term Review Report including the revision of the Project Design Matrix (PDM) and the Plan of Operation (PO). In the JCC, Mr. Mateo Lee, Executive Director (Officer in Charge) of NCDA, Mr. Norio Matsuda, Chief Representative of JICA, Ms. Liecel Seville, Mayor of New Lucena and Mr. Dexter Yasay, Mayor of Opol signed the Minutes of Meeting (M/M) with the Mid-term Review Report as an attached document.
