In the previous edition, of the News Letter, it reported about ‘Advanced EQUITV In-service training' in East New Britain Province (ENBP). In this News Letter edition, it reports about ‘Cluster training' which is conducted by provincial trainers in Rabaul, ENBP. . Cluster training is organized by provincial trainers who participated at provincial level EQUITV training. The participants of cluster training are head teachers, teachers, and members of the school management committee and other district level educators.

It was held on the 7th of April 2015 in Rabaul District in ENBP. The provincial trainers prepared very well through rehearsals before conducting the training. At the training, they were all psyched and looked presentable by wearing same red uniforms which were prepared by themselves.

The participants, Head teachers and TV teachers were very active in both the group work and discussion. Through the cluster training, they enriched their knowledge about teaching skills and important points of TV lessons.
