On November 6 in 2008, the 2nd JCC on TCT project was held at the Ministry of Education. Under the chairmanship of the permanent secretary, Mr. Murakami, the Resident Representative of JICA Rwanda Office first gave address of thanks toward the Rwandan cooperation regarding the 1st stage of project. Then Mr. Murakami requested further cooperation from Rwanda side for the 2nd stage to advance the project under a new cooperative framework. The Principal Mr. Pascal reported the achievement of the 1st stage, and then Mr. Nishiyama, the chief advisor explained the implementation structure and action plans of the 2nd stage. The action plan of the 2nd stage was approved by the attendants of the JCC, and then after, detailed concrete discussion regarding actual implementation was held. Especially participants from other high level educational institutes addressed their expectation and comments regarding the project, which showed the high interest toward the project. Under the 2nd stage, it is planned to enhance school management system and strengthen the relationship with the other related institutes.
