Training programs to enhance climate resilience to be delivered by the CBCRP-PCCC

The Project plans to deliver twelve training programs on climate resilience during its project period of July 2019 - January 2023. In year 2019 and 2020, four programs were implemented at the PCCC and on-line (please see below). Four training programs on CAA and DRR through structural approach, Ecosystem, Agriculture and Fisheries (Food), and Health will be delivered in 2021, and the four training programs on Tourism, Water, and Access to Climate Finance in 2022.

Training programs in 2019-2020:

1) First regional training "Hazard and Risk Assessment for Coastal Area Management by Using Remote Sensing Technology" in November 2019

2) Second regional training "Climate Science - observed climate change and future climate projections" in September 2020

3) Third regional training "Understanding Access to Climate Finance - Part 1: Essential aspects for access to climate finance" (November 2020),

4) Fourth regional training "Understanding Access to Climate Finance - Part 2: Gender, Social Inclusion and Safeguards" (November-December 2020)
