Report on Project Progress by counterpart

The steering committee discussed the progress of project activities, plans for future activities and problems faced. On the progress of project activity, it was reported that one of the PHU rehabilitations was hindered by the lack of community participants. However, counterparts have been working hard, holding meetings with community leaders to improve community involvement. The health information system had several severe problems, which were still unresolved. JICA would send an expert to tackle this.
