All 7 LGAs within the region with stunning coordination capability of Regional Office have shown unprecedented willingness to build a mechanism to support community in a collaborative manner.

Trainers from Local Government Training Institute (LGTI) with support by O&OD team arrived on the soil of Singida, located 245km away from Capital city of Dodoma on 28th June 2018 to conduct Ward Facilitator Training for LGAs in Singida. All cost for the training and coming follow-ups from the district is to be borne by respective LGAs while managing to effectively utilize their limited Own Source.

The purpose of this training involves 1) Institutional capacity building of LGTI as core training institute on Improved O&OD, 2) Sincere response and necessary support to committed and capable LGAs with regional support as a part of replication model.

The training has been divided into 2 groups; 4 LGAs (Ikungi DC, Itigi DC, Manyoni DC, Singida MC) and 3 LGAs (Iramba DC, Mkalama DC, Singida DC).
