On October 18, 2012, Dr. Decha Pimpisut, Adviser from the Industrial Environment Research and Development Bureau, Department of Industrial Work, was invited to give a presentation on the JICA-PRTR Project at the ECO Innovation and Solution 2012 Seminar, held at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Over 50 people from various sectors including industries participated in the seminar.

The topics were an overview of the JICA-PRTR project, the selection of target substances, and the point source definition, i.e. reporting thresholds for factories and non-factory businesses.

Members of the public and interested stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute to the JICA-PRTR Project.
