The 4th task force meeting for risk communication promotion was held at IEAT Office in Map Tha Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, on July 17th, 2014. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Arthit Laiaddee, Director of Rayong Provincial Office of Natural Resources and Environment, with 15 participants from relevant governmental and academic sectors. Dr. Chayawee Wangcharoenrung from PCD acted as secretary of the task force.

Progress of the pilot PRTR in Rayong was reported to the participants, and a final draft of the risk communication handbook was presented, although the case study based on real PRTR data will be developed later. Other topics discussed included plans for the public awareness raising campaign prior to data disclosure, facilitator training, and the chemical adviser registration system.
