NGO Consultation Meeting
A consultation meeting with NGOs was organized at PCD on December 12, 2014. The purpose of this meeting was to update the project progress and get inputs from the NGO side about implementing PRTR in Thailand. This meeting generated a very useful discussion for the JICA expert team about the preliminary plan of data disclosure and steps for risk communication. In addition, representatives from EARTH expressed their appreciations for the progress of PRTR implementation in Thailand, and requested the JICA expert team to consider more about the sustainability of PRTR in Thailand.
