On the 1st of May 2014, the kick off meeting was organized and the Model Services of Nakhon Ratchasima site have officially opened. At the venue, service providers such as care managers and care workers, the persons in charge of Nakhon Ratchasima site from Ministry of Public Health and Joho Tambon Municipality, the deputy director from the National Health Security Office Region 9 as a potential collaborator, elderly volunteers, JICA experts and volunteers on the elderly area have joined. During the meeting, the Project overview, contents of the Model Services, stakeholders of the services and the process of LTOP survey were confirmed among participants to start the services.
Other Project sites also plan to conduct kick-off meetings one by one to initiate the services.
