2nd Monitoring Survey was conducted at LTOP project sites from June to August as the following schedule.

Chiang Rai Site	22nd-23rd June
Khon Kaen Site	29th-30th June
Surat Thani Site	6th-7th July
Nakhorn Ratchasima Site	20th-21st July
Bangkok Site	16th June, 28th July
Nonthaburi Site	15th June, 4th August

Survey team members visited the elderly and collected the information such as the status of the elderly and the burden of care provisions for analysis from the elderly and care givers.

In addition, Prof. Sutthichai from Chulalongkorn University had an interview with stakeholders at project sites and exchanged opinions.

As the result of this survey, LTOP Survey team could gain a lot of beneficial information for the better service provision.
