Project News

We held the Project Kickoff Meeting in August and September to analyze the current situation and discuss the draft the future of the activity plan with the project pilot sites. The main sites consist of Surat Thani, Khon Kaen, Chonburi, Chiang Mai, Nonthaburi, Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima, and also one potential setting from Phuket.

During the meeting, the confirmation of the key personnel and related institution was based on the "Stakeholder Map" that was created. In addition, the result of a group work session drew up a more concrete "Situation Analysis, Goal and Indicator Setting" than those that were made during the first National Seminar. Moreover, we had a workshop to draw up the "Activity Plan" which confirmed the direction of activities to a certain extent. Before the second National Seminar in December, the "Situation Analysis, Goal and Indicator setting" sheet, "Activity Plan" and "Monitoring Report" will be more concrete and drawn up.
