Between October 5, 2022, and October 13, 2022, Thai and Japanese researchers from Group 1 (G1) worked intensively to develop simulation models. Dr. Varameth Vichiensan, an associate professor from Kasetsart University, visited Prof. Masanobu Kii at Kagawa University to finalize microsimulation models for land use, transportation, and travel demands, which spanned various parameters. They analysed the model results and discussed how to incorporate them with the Sukhumvit Model which is the project's objective. Furthermore, they planned in detail regarding publishing academic articles and activities until the end of the project period.

(2) Research Meeting to Evaluate SSVS Effect by G2

On 24 October 2022, a mission team from Osaka University visited the Rangsit Campus at Thammasat University to exchange an evaluation survey plan about the effects of the social experiment, namely the Small Smart Vehicle Service (SSVS), which is being conducted by Research Group 2 (G2). The team led by Dr. Kento Yoh, an assistant professor at the Graduate School of Engineering, held a research meeting about the survey plan with Dr. Pawinee Iamtrakul, an associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning at Thammasat University. Since Dr. Pawinee is implementing a QOL evaluation study for the project, Dr. Yoh and his students presented their plan using questionnaires regarding QOL and received advice from Dr. Pawinee. Both came to a consensus about the plan, concluding they will deliver the questionnaires for SSVS users in November and accept a doctoral student from Osaka University to work at Dr. Pawinee's laboratory for the duration of the survey.
