The DOKAP-TARIM Seminar 3B (Planning course) was held for 25 agricultural engineers from the 6 provinces at the Project Office in Trabzon in 5 days from July 6 to 10, 2009.  The main subject of the seminar was formulation of extension project plan.  The participants summarized their rural survey in their provinces and compiled into project plan as a practice.  Besides, the special subject on "Gender Consideration" was also main part of the seminar.  For this subject, a TÜGEM staff was invited as a lecturer and the Provincial Coordinators attended.  Furthermore, the field visit was made in Kuruçam (model area) and Darıca (extension area).
