The first JCC meeting was held among Ministry of Health (MoH) and University Teaching Hospital (UTH) personnel assisting the Project to revise the contents of the Project Design Matrix (PDM) and the Plan of Operations (PO).

The meeting started at 9:00 hours at the MoH Big Boarding Room and almost all the personnel being invited attended the meeting, then discussed on the revision of the PDM and PO to change them more feasibly and sustainably with consideration of the current situation.

Eventually we reached the agreement and the revised PDM and PO were officially approved at the signing ceremony between the Permanent Secretary, MoH and the JICA Resident Representative.
