We had conducted more than ten meetings between UTH staff and the Project to develop forms for IQC since May and the forms has finally been completed.

There are thirteen IQC forms for tests which are commonly operated at the laboratories in Zambia and they are the first IQC forms being developed by MoH and thus this is a big milestone for IQC activities at the laboratories to strengthen IQA system in Zambia.

The project is planning to start supervision visits to the target laboratories next month with UTH staff.
