The terminal evaluation for the Project’s activities was conducted from March 1st to 5th, 2010. During the evaluation, the evaluation team went to Kabwe General Hospital Laboratory and interviewed some of the Project’s counterparts. On the final day of the evaluation, March 5th 2010, the Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) meeting was held in the Ministry of Health. In this meeting, the results of the evaluation were announced by the evaluation team that most of the indicators for the planned activities had been achieved and would be achieved by the end of the Project period, hence the Project was expected to come to the end successfully. Then, suggestions and lessons learnt were also announced and shared among the Project’s counterparts for activities to be done by the termination of the Project period and sustainability of the Project’s activities.
