As JICA supports GRZ in conducting investment promotion activities in Zambia and Asian countries, one of the promotional tools to be carried by the investment promotion mission are the sector profiles. These profiles should provide adequate information to the investors on what opportunities are available in a given sector.  The information such as; name of the sector, potential that the sector provides, existing major private foreign or domestic in the sector (if any), incentives that are offered under the sector and the rules and regulations that apply to foreigners under the sector.

If all the above information is provided, the investor will have enough information to make a decision.  One of the presented sector profiles presented is the multi-polar cotton cluster under the Ministry of Agriculture.
