JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

Period: From March 25, 2022 to June 24, 2022 (3 months)
The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures for Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid" (Rule No. 43 (Proc.).
