Termination of the Measures against Fraud

JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

- CERESPO CO., LTD. (Japan)
- HAKUHODO Inc. (Japan)
- TOKYU AGENCY INC. (Japan)
- Same Two Inc. (Japan)
- ADK Marketing Solutions Inc. (Japan)
- KADOKAWA CORPORATION (Japan)
Period: From March 17, 2023 to December 16, 2023 (9 months)
The decision was made because the companies have submitted each compliance program that is stipulated in Item 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Cancellation of Measures) in “JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA” (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008) and JICA determined the content to be suitable.
