JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

Period: From April 13, 2026 to July 12, 2026 (3 months)
The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 in “JICA Rules on Measures against Persons Engaged in Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid” (Rules No. 43 (Proc) of October 1, 2008), Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 in “JICA Rules on Measures for Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid” (Rules No. 43 (Proc) of October 1, 2008), and Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 in “JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA” (Rules No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008), and JICA determined the content to be suitable.
