On July18, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Government of Republic of Uganda in the capital city, Kampala, for “Project for Green Growth Promotion through Agroforestry and Sustainable Forest and Natural Resources Management in the West Nile Region”, a technical cooperation project.
