On July 30, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Government of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, the capital city, for “The Project for Strengthening the Implementation Capacity of Water Supply Services through Introduction of Volumetric Flow Meter in Tajikistan”, a technical cooperation project.

Project Title

Through lessons learned from introduction of the Metered Tariff System model in the target waterworks, the mechanism to disseminate the model nationwide is established.
