On March 3, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to provide grant aid for the Project for the Livelihood Improvement in the Hosting Areas of Returnees and Internally Displaced Persons.
