On May 19, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Siem Reap Provincial Administration of Kingdom of Cambodia at JICA headquarters in Tokyo, for “Project for Implementation of Smart City Approach to Solve Urban Issues in Siem Reap Phase 2”, a technical cooperation project.
