On July 16, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions on technical cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Kenya in the capital city Nairobi for “Japan-Africa Research Networking Project for Promotion of Science, Technology and Innovation Project”.
