- Project Title
Cardiometabolic Diseases Digital Care Project

- Project Purpose
This project aims to improve access to healthcare for cardiometabolic diseases by investing in Clivi providing digital care services for patients with cardiometabolic diseases, thereby contributing to the improvement of cardiometabolic conditions in the country.

- Project Component
Obesity and diabetes are serious social issues in Mexico. Clivi provides 100% digital treatment for these diseases and charges a monthly subscription fee for its medical services. Traditionally, patients must individually schedule appointments, travel to various medical facilities, and undergo examinations and treatments. However, Clivi's service utilizes an in-house AI agent on a messaging app, to proactively facilitate the entire medical process for patients. This enables Clivi to improve outcomes in cardiometabolic diseases, where continuous treatment and lifestyle changes are critical. This investment aims to support the expansion of Clivi's business.
