Signing of Record of Discussions on Technical Cooperation for Development Planning with Palau: Contributing to regional development through conservation and management of Japan-related historical heritage
On May 8, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed the Record of Discussions with the Ministry of Human Resources, Culture, Tourism and Development of the Republic of Palau for the Technical Cooperation for Development Planning titled “The Project for Formulating Community Promotion Plan through Management of Historical Heritages” in the State of Koror of the Republic of Palau. The signatures were exchanged between Minister Ngiraibelas Tmetuchl of Ministry of Human Resources, Culture, Tourism, and Development of Palau and Chief Representative Aoki Tsunenori of JICA Palau Office.

A Master Plan as a regional development plan covering the preservation and utilization of Japan Related Historical Heritage and strengthening of implementation capacity is formulated.
