This project aims to strengthen a sustainable and scalable national framework for AI human resource development by cooperating for the institutionalization and expansion of the AI Talent Factory (AITF), an AI talent development program in Indonesia.

The Government of Indonesia has identified digital transformation (DX) as a key policy priority, and the development of practical human resources capable of driving the social implementation of AI has become an important challenge.

Through this project, JICA will collaborate for the formulation of AITF strategies, enhancement of program design, establishment of an operational framework, strengthening of industry collaboration, and development of a roadmap.

While the project will focus primarily on Jakarta, it aims to expand nationwide through collaboration with universities, with the goal of developing an AI talent development ecosystem.
