The Japan International Cooperation Agency will provide emergency relief goods as below in response to the serious damages mainly caused by earthquake in Islamic Republic of Iran, upon the request from the Government of Islamic Republic of Iran.

1. Disaster situation
The earthquake has been causing serious human and property damage. According to UNRC, the damage situation as of February 8 was as follows:

2. Goods supplied
A. Emergency relief goods (from the JICA warehouse in Dubai)
Blanket

B. Shipping schedule
The goods will be transported from the JICA warehouse in Dubai to Islamic Republic of Iran (Teheran) on the next available flight.
