Project Outline The objective of the Project is to expand the 16km road between Suryabinayak and Dhulikhel in the eastern part of Kathmandu, improving the accessibility between Kathmandu and the eastern Terai region, thereby contributing to establishment of the robust transport network and vibrant regional economy.
