Naohiro Kitano, a visiting fellow at the JICA Research Institute and a professor, Global Center for Science and Engineering, Waseda University, has released a document summarizing China's foreign aid.
The document analyzes such information as the estimated amount of China's foreign aid and how it compares to official development assistance by the member countries of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Other topics it examines include China's new implementation structure of foreign aid, the status of China's cooperation by region, and the issue of debt sustainability.
