Kick off Meeting

Kickoff meeting had been held after GDC assigned project members. The organizational structure of project consists of a Project Management Unit and two Working groups implementing the activities which were described in PDM. At the meeting, the action plan was announced by each Working Group. They are going to work following their action plan. The progress and activities will be monitored at weekly meeting.
