Meeting at Hanoi Customs Department

The site survey was conducted by Project working group members and visited Hanoi City Customs (North Hanoi city Brach Customs, North Thang Long Brach Customs, Noi Bai Brach Customs) and Hai Phong City Customs (Hai Phong Port Branch Customs, Hai Phong No.1 Port Branch Customs, Investment & Processing Customs Branch Office, Hai Duong Branch Customs) with long term experts. The site survey was implemented to understand the situation of sharing information about customs administrations to enterprises. On the survey, project members and local customs woke up to the customs officers who deals with enterprises are expected not only technical skill but also business and consultation skill and General Department of Vietnam Customs should provide concrete content such as guide line on Decision 1915/2007/QD-TCHQ. Project members will prepare the textbook and implement the training course based on the result of this site survey in order to develop the local customs officer who can provide the information to enterprises adequately.
