Presentation by Vietnam customs officer

The Japanese experts on HS Classification, Mr. Okamoto and Mr. Horita of Japan Customs, visited Customs Training School to improve the textbooks and teaching materials. They held a seminar on HS Classification for Vietnamese Customs officials. The seminar was attended by around 50 customs officials from regional Customs such as Ho Chi Minh City Customs and General Department of Customs. In the seminar, participants discussed cases of HS classification which was presented by each regional customs, and Japanese experts made presentation of the cases of HS Classification in Japan. Through these activities, it is expected to have unified HS Classification in each regional customs.
