From March 1st to 4th 2011, Japanese experts of the Risk Management Project in the Mekong region, Mr. Uno, Chief Advise of the project , Mr. Taga, long-term expert, Mr. Irie, long-term expert and Mr. Tobita, Nagoya Customs, visited General Department of Vietnam Customs and held "Seminar on Airport Risk Management for Customs". About 30 airport customs officials including Hanoi Noi Bai airport, Ho Chi Minh Airport and Da Nang Airport participated in the seminar and discussed the effective methods of checking passengers and air cargo. And on March 4 2011, Regional Joint Coordinating Committee was held to make final evaluation of the project activities. In the Committee, JICA Vietnam office reported that the project purpose and output have been largely accomplished based on the report by consultant.
