Certificate of gratitude was presented from Peoples committee of Quang Nam
International donors, NGOs and enterprises were invited. This project and international donors, NGOs and enterprises was invited and presented certificate of gratitude from Quang Nam Peoples committee on December 12.
Dr. Nakamura chief advisor of this project was commended as personally. Mr.Miura received certificate because of Dr. Nakamura's absence. JICA Vietnamese office was also commended as an awarded institution.
The activities in Quang Nam will be more in this year. This certificate will encourage future activities in this project.
