Comment from Mr.Hirano

Thank you very much for Mr.Miura. I visited three provinces and recognized that all provinces have different culture and different technical level. It will be little bit difficult for the enhancement of the capacity but it will be a very challenging matter. I expect the ability of disaster management in Central Vietnam will be further enhanced by this project in both hard and soft fields.

Further, I will introduce community level disaster management which take root in Vietnam and consider how to enhance down to earth disaster management. I wish the success of this project and friendship between Vietnam and Japan.
