This operation was conducted by Japan Water Agency Kidu river dam operation office and awarded by the Japanese society of Civil Enginnering in 2009.

The display of the dam situation in the Vietnamese system is similar to the Japanese one which was introduced by the JICA expert. It is a good example of technical transfer.
