On 5 April, 2011 the Project office was opened.

At first, when the JICA expert was arrived, a meeting room at Maternal and Child Health Department, Ministry of Health (MOH) was used as a working place for the project activities. After several weeks, the new project office was officially opened in the Hanoi School of Public Health, which is located next to the MOH.

This office will be the head office for implementing the Mothers and Child Health Handbook in Vietnam.
