| Contents | The purpose of this activity was that GALD investigated the actual situations about the implementation of 55/2011/ND-CP (hereinafter referred to as the decree) and make most of the result of this survey in order to effectively amend the decree. Unfortunately the current situation of the implementation is not good because some contents of the decree are not realized. However, this scrutiny must be useful for amending the decree in the near future. |
