Dr. Pham Minh Tuyen (Chief Judge of the People's Court of Bac Ninh Province), MA. Nguyen Huu Minh (Deputy Chief Judge of the People's Court of Bac Ninh Province) and approximately 40 participants including judges of People’s Courts of Bac Ninh and Nghe An Provinces

Contents Supreme People's Court and the People's Court of Bac Ninh Province jointly held a seminar to improve quality of practice on civil cases on 4th and 5th of June, 2015 in Cua Lo, Nghe An Province.
Dr. Pham Minh Tuyen, Chief Judge of Bac Ninh PC presided at the seminar, and four participants including MA. Nguyen Huu Minh, Deputy Chief Judge of Bac Ninh PC reported the existing circumstances and offer some recommendations to solve problems.
JICA has promoted the improvement of practical capacities of judges and officials of courts, but it seemed that they still have problems in practice. We, however, found their aggressive motivation to improve their practice through the discussion.
Vietnamese government is planning to revise the Civil Procedure Code in the coming autumn. We expect that field-level opinions are considered in the process of revising CPC or drafting related legal normative documents.
