| Contents | 1) This WS was held to collect various opinions on the latest draft Civil Code from wide range of domestic and international experts. 2) Main discussed points were the draft provisions on security interest and/or measures of guarantee, especially points that were recently changed. Participants presented many opinions on these issues, and there were heated discussions on this WS. Based on these discussions, further change in the draft will be expected in future. |
