| Contents | 1) This Seminar was held to collect various opinions on the latest draft Decrees that implement and guide provisions of LOE 2014 and LOI 2014 from wide range of domestic and international experts. 2) Regardless current circumstance where the date of enforcement of LOE 2014 and LOI 2014 (1st July 2015) is approaching, so many opinions from various stakeholders on the latest draft Decrees were presented in the seminars. Although the time that can be used for further brushing up of the drafts was quite limited by the scheduled enforcement date, MPI and OOG had promised to try to do their best to improve the quality of these drafts as much as possible based on the discussions we had. |
