| Contents | 1) This training course was held to explain and diffuse correct information about 2014 LOPP to prosecutors and inspectors who were working for Hai Phong PP and lower Procuracies. 2) The lecture was mainly focused on the explanation of the provisions of 2014 LOPP in general. At the same time, however, latest information on discussions in the amendment work of Criminal Procedure Code and Civil/Administrative Procedure Code were also mentioned. |
