Mr. Luong Anh Tan (Vice director of Law dept., OOG), Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Diep (Vice director of Sectorial Economy dept., OOG), Mr. Nguyen Trong Ninh (Vice director of Housing and Real Estate Market Management Agency, MOC), etc.
Representatives from various Ministries, Banks, Universities, Industrial groups, Law firms, etc.

Japanese side:
Ms. Obata Yoko (lawyer, JBAV), Mr. Matsumoto Takeshi (chief advisor), Mr. Tsukahara Masanori (long term expert)
Contents 1) This Seminar was held to collect various opinions on the latest draft Decrees that implement LREB and LRH from wide range of domestic and international experts.

2) At this seminar many opinions on the latest draft Decrees were presented by participants, and in response to that detailed explanations on the intent of the draft provisions were given by MOC.
MOC and OOG promised to improve the quality of these drafts as much as possible by the date of coming into force based on the discussions here.
