Main Participants	Vietnamese side: Mr. Lê Mạn Hà (Vice minister of OOG), Mr. Lương Anh Tấn (Vice director of Law dept., OOG), Mr. Phạm Tuần Anh (Vice director of Enterprise Improvement dept., MPI), Mr. Bùi Anh Tuần (Vice director of Enterprise Registration dept., MPI) Representatives from various Ministries, Enterprises, Law firms, etc. Japanese side: Ms. Obata Yoko (lawyer, JBAV), Mr. Matsumoto Takeshi (chief advisor), Mr. Tsukahara Masanori (long term expert)
Contents	1) This Seminar was held to collect various opinions on the latest draft Decrees on Enterprise registration from wide range of domestic and international experts. 2) At this seminar many opinions on the latest draft Decrees were presented by participants, and in response to that detailed explanations on the intent of the draft provisions were given by MPI. MPI and OOG promised to improve the quality of these drafts as much as possible by the date of coming into force based on the discussions here.
