| Contents | The workshop to hear opinions on a draft of a circular was held in Hanoi on 10 July. The draft is written to stipulate how to deal with complaints, denunciations, and other procedures in civil judgment enforcements. Participants delivered some comments or requests with introductions of actual problems. Moreover, some participants insisted that not a few filed complaints should be upheld actually. To make the enforcement procedure appropriate, it seemed that we need to organize the procedure again and to analyze it. |
